She has a strong interest in innovation, policy and corporate governance, and has achieved significant success across several organisations in major transformation, policy development and strategy execution.
Tamsyn loves working with people, especially those who are at risk or disadvantaged. She is a skilled advocate and communicator, who enjoys the challenges of navigating complex systems, relationships, and issues

Stanley has over 30 years of local, national and international experience leading transformational change in education, health and social-infrastructure. Over the past 10 years, YouthCARE has grown over 400% as an organisation under Stanley's vision and leadership.

Whether it's navigating high-level policy frameworks or complex macro/micro social, economic and legal issues, Stanley has the ability to engage and strategically execute plans to achieve maximum value.


Dean Caddy


As a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Dean has committed his extensive 20-year career to developing and maintaining a research-based approach to seeing organisations and teams thrive through strong organisational leadership, finance management, and strategy development and implementation. 

Dean is an ordained Pastor with the Australia Christian Churches and has worked with teams in public education, churches and non-for-profit sectors. He is passionate about providing strong, personable, strategic leadership to enable teams to work collaboratively and organisations to remain relevant in a constantly changing society.


Gennie Mecaydor

Finance Manager

Gennie joined YouthCARE in 2019 with over 18 years’ experience obtained with a variety of organisations both in Australia and internationally including engineering service providers, land development, education, food, manufacturing industries, government and not-for-profit organisations.

She is a CPA Australia qualified accountant who loves investing in people and seeing them grow in their role.

Her wealth of experience in leadership, management, pastoral care, and community services, along with her 22 years with YouthCARE makes her an incredible asset to our senior management team.

In her role as Chaplaincy Team Leader, Darlene’s priority is to grow a team of high-quality staff, supporting them as they deliver exceptional service in their schools and regions.
