COUNCILS

More than 80 YouthCARE Councils, made up of volunteers, offer a place for churches to work collaboratively in a particular District or geographical area. These Councils, coordinate YouthCARE programs that may be offered in schools in a particular area and is responsible to gather the financial and local human resources necessary to make this happen.
