RECEPTION/TRAINING ADMIN–TRAINEESHIP

Reception/Training Admin - Traineeship

  • West Perth Office (close to City West Station)
  • Develop your skills while working through Cert III in Business Traineeship

The trainee will report to the Head of Training, Innovation, Partnerships and Programs and will receive support to fulfil the requirements of their Traineeship course, including days to attend TAFE and practical learning experiences to ensure they are able to perform the role. The trainee will be guided by their supervisor to complete the following:

Certificate III in Business Traineeship:

  • Provide exceptional customer service when handling enquiries over the phone and in person so individuals have a positive experience with the organisation.
  • Tasks involved with the receptionist role such as answering incoming phone calls, organising mail, assisting with providing hospitality to visitors to the office.
  • Tasks involved with the Training Department such as answering email, saving and printing certificates and handouts, assisting with set up of the training room.
  • Other opportunities will be provided within YouthCARE's other departments to develop skills as required in the Certificate III in Business.
